I'm not sure what you mean by "social model". Could you explain a little
more about what you're looking for?

I first thought of WHO's International Classification of Functioning,
Disability and Health (ICF)

http://www.who.int/classifications/icf/en/

Quote:
"ICF takes into account the social aspects of disability and does not
see disability only as a 'medical' or 'biological' dysfunction. By
including Contextual Factors, in which environmental factors are listed
ICF allows to records the impact of the environment on the person's
functioning."

But there is more to it, look at this wikipedia site - the external
links may have what you're looking for:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_model_of_disability

Did that help?
