Hello, my name is BJ Stasio. I would like to marry my girlfriend, but
it would mean that i would lose all my medical coverage. Now the only
reason this affects me is that i have cerebral palsy. The government
is threatening to take away my benefits if i was to get married, which
would put all my expenses on my girlfriend. My expenses are too much
for her to handle, and i would not want to put that kind of burden on
her. So please sign the petition and help me make my dream come true.
Thank you for your time, you are greatly appreciated.

you can still get married; you just can't register it with the state.
the marriage can be a ceremony performed by a preacher, pastor, etc.
or can be done in front of all your closest friends in a moose lodge
or in a field. they won't take away your benefits if you're married,
but they will take them away if you sign up for a marriage license
from the government. but hasn't the government bothered you enough
lately? do what you want to do--express your devotion and commitment
in a public and meaningful way, don't register it, and don't let the
turkeys get you down.
