typing is getting very difficulty

Can anyone recommend some good voice activated or response software to
assist me? Any pluses or minuses you can add based on your experiences or
others' comments would be much appreciado. Thanks

I've never used one, but a friend of mine uses the professional version of
Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 Preferred and he seems very happy with it.
Windows Vista has a Speech Recognition software, or at least mine does. I'm
not sure how well it works, but if you have it, that might be worth a try
before making a separate purchase.
