How do you expect a reasonable answer to this when you don't tell where
you are?
This NG is world wide and legislation/rules regarding this are different
in each jurisdiction.
Actually, this NG is not very active so I would think you would be
better off contacting your local MS society/association.

Also, a better NG might be:

alt.support.mult-sclerosis

Good luck

ps. you shouldn't post your email address in a NG. It will guarantee
lots of spam.

No. I can't answer you on this at all! I was giving you some advice on
how you might get a meaningful answer to your post.

Also, if you are going to be active on Usenet News Groups, then you
should learn the rules, etc.
Firstly, you don't post in all Caps; It is the equivalent of shouting.
Second, do a Google search on Usenet rules and do a bit of reading.

In the USA, states may have individual laws offering additional protection
for people with disabilities, but you can learn about the federal
protections here... under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
homepage.
